Candidates must have experience in a commercial kitchen, an aptitude and interest in cooking and baking, be able to follow detailed instructions and retain focus over an extended period. They must have attention to detail, safe knife handling skills, be comfortable with repetitive tasks, be able to work independently and have exemplary organizational skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, have effective arithmetic skills, a verified record of punctuality and a solid work ethic. Candidates must be able to lift 25kg and to walk, crouch, kneel, reach, work at counter-top height and stand for an 8 hour shifts in a warm environment.
The postion requires working weekends but shift are during the day with no evening hours. Tips are shared equally amongst all staff and average from $2 to $5.50 per hour. Team Members are provided with paid breaks for shifts over 5 hours and offered a complimentary meal.
Full Time Position: 40-44 per week
AND Part Time Position: 20-25 hours per week
Salary: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
