Spicy Pili Pili Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

2 Boneless chicken breasts

1 head of romaine lettuce

1 bell pepper

½ cup Cherry tomatoes

Caesar salad dressing (homemade or store bought)

1 cup day old bread cubed

1 tbsp Olive oil

½ large Onion

1 Garlic clove


instructions:

Dice bread into small cube and drown in olive oil. Place in oven at 425 degrees for approx 15 minutes. Chop the romaine lettuce into large pieces and place in a bowl. Chop cherry tomatoes and other desired vegetables, add to the salad bowl. Cut chicken breast into small cubes, toss in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and Thirteen’s Pili PIli Spice Mix. In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Add onions, and minced garlic. Once onions are yellowed add peppers followed by diced chicken. Cook through, toss the salad and add Chicken. Enjoy!
