Crispy Fried Berbere Chicken

  • 1 tsp Berbere
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour for coating


  1. Pour oil in a large, cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and Berbere spice. Shake chicken pieces in the bowl to coat, and place them in the skillet.
  3. Fry the chicken over medium-high heat until all of the pieces have been browned and crispy on both sides. 
  4. Enjoy!
