Pili Pili Meat Lasagna

Instructions 

1 kg ground beef 

6 gloves garlic minced 

1 cup mushrooms diced 

package lasagna noodles 

2 cans diced tomatoes 

2 jars tomato sauce 

2 500 ml containers cottage cheese 

mozzarella cheese 

parmesan cheese

3 tablespoon pili pili 

Direction 

Saute onions and garlic until cooked. Add ground beed and mashed until separated and cooked. Add mushrooms and heat through. add spices. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and cook on simmer for about an hour. add salt and pepper and more spices to taste. cook noodles if you did not purchase no-cook lasagna.

In a large pan layer the lasagna as follows: 

sauce, noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, noodles, sauce, mozzarella. cheese, parmesan bake for 30 minutes at 350 covered with tin foil, remove foil for last 10 minutes. 

caesar salad dressing:

1 egg

1/6 cup olive oil

1/6 cup parmesan cheesee

1 tablespoon lemon juice 

2 gloves garlic finely minced 

teaspoon pepper to taste

mix all ingredients 

1 head romaine lettuce

crotons (optional)
