Pili Pili Noodle Breakfast

Pili Pili Noodle Breakfast

 Hey guys!

Welcome To Our Recipe Blog

I made my own breakfast noodle with sweet potatoes and eggs.

I find noodles to be hearty comfort food. Made this recipe and it was delicious. Only modification was substituting the pack spice with Pili Pili spice. This is a perfect for breakfast or supper. Try it out!

Noodles Recipe

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

½  tsp kosher salt

¼  black pepper

1 cloves garlic, chopped

1 red onion, chopped

1 tsp  pili pili spice

1/2 pounds mixed bell peppers, finely chopped

Optional 2–3 tbsp chicken/beef broth (optional )

Sliced green onions, save some for garnish

For the noodles:

1 packets ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded

In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, 2 minutes. Drain. Set aside.

  1. In a large French skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions, garlic, bell peppers and spring onions and cook until tender, for 5 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and pili pili, mix everything together then add the broth to your liking (I like my noodles on the dry side feel free to add more broth).
  2. Add the noodles and mix everything together, then garnish with green onions.

Sweet potato recipe

1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (Any oil works)

1 tsp  pili pili

½  tsp kosher salt

¼  tsp of ground black pepper (optional)

For the sweet potatoes: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or Non-Stick Baking Tray. In a medium-sized bowl, add the cubed sweet potato and drizzle with oil, Thirteen’s pili pili spice and salt. Coat the potatoes with the spice mixture, spread out on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Then serve.

Can be served with eggs.
