Pili Pili Turkey Burgers and Grilled Veggies

BBQ Season is finally here and this burger recipe is mouth watering! Pili Pili Turkey burgers! You can adjust the spice quantity to make them super spicy or just add a hint of heat with this super easy recipe.

Ingredients:

Turkey Burgers

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Pili Pili spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp raw quinoa or oats 

Veggies: 

  • Peppers and eggplant 
  • 2 tsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp Pili Pili 
  • salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Simply mix all the ingredients and form pattys with the meat.

2. Toss the veggies in the oil and spices

3. On medium heat grill the patty for approx 5 minutes each side or until the middle is no longer pink. Careful not to grill too long or it can dry out.
