- 2 cups plain thick yogurt
- ½ - 2 Tbsp any 13 spice mix (depending on spice preference)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2. Serve with veggies, pita, pretzels, chicken, falafel, roasted potatoes or anything else you like to dip!
