Spiced Yogurt Dip


  • 2 cups plain thick yogurt
  • ½ - 2 Tbsp any 13 spice mix (depending on spice preference)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)


1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.

2. Serve with veggies, pita, pretzels, chicken, falafel, roasted potatoes or anything else you like to dip!

Stores in the fridge for up to one week. ENJOY!
