This recipe is my special version of french fries. Fries are one of my favorite foods!
Recipe by Iman Loure
- 3 to 4 Potatoes
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt and pepper
- ¾ tsp Pili Pili spice
- Fresh Parsley
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet, over a medium-high heat.
Add the potatoes, in the skillet, when the oil is hot.
It's important to keep an eye on the fries.
The fies should be golden brown after 15-20 minutes.
After the potatoes are cooked, place them in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and the Pili Pili spice.
Eat and enjoy!

Cook time: 15-20 min
