Tofu Curry

Ingredients:
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Cubed tofu
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Xawaash
  • Desired Vegetables
Directions:

1. Soften the garlic and onions in a frying pan.

2. Add desired vegetables. Saute 

3. Add cubed tofu, oil, butter. Allow to sit for a few minutes.

4. Add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp 13SocEnt Xawaash Spice Blend. Let simmer.

5. Serve over rice. Enjoy
