What is muesli? Muesli is a great nutrient-dense super food! It's a mixture of raw oats, dried fruits, nuts and seeds. It's very versatile - you can eat it raw with milk like other breakfast cereals, sprinkled over yogurt and/or fruit, soaked in the fridge overnight, warmed up like an oatmeal or even use it as a great textured topping for salads, soups and desserts! It's just as convenient as regular breakfast cereal or granola, but not loaded with added sugars, fats or unpronounceable ingredients and it's minimally processed.
