2 cups plain thick yogurt
½ - 2 Tbsp any 13 spice mix (depending on spice preference)
½ tsp salt
1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve with veggies, pita, pretzels, chicken, falafel, roasted potatoes or anything else you like to dip! Store in the fridge for up to one week. ENJOY!
