Ethiopian Deka Sega Wat (Ethiopian Ground Beef Stew)

Ethiopian Deka Sega Wat (Ethiopian Ground Beef Stew)

This is one of my favourite Ethiopian dishes, it is called Sego, ground beef stew. I grew up eating this and love having it for dinner. This is taking pasta sauce to a new level! Italian food has had a lot of influence on Ethiopian food from occupations of Italy in Ethiopia in history which is why we eat a lot of pasta and this is our version of Italian Spaghetti. Very simple to make but also very tasty.
