Our very own Elham and Libin lead an Ethiopian cooking workshop with OCDSB teachers an an equity themed PD day. They made Misr Wat and Beef Tibs, two Ethiopian dishes with Berbere spice.
We used this recipe, paired with our yogurt dips, as an easy way to show case our spices to the Dragons Den producers. We had to make something quickly in the morning before our auditions and these took max 10 minutes!! You can also make the chips a day in advance and they are good to go the next day.
