Oven Roasted Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- 1tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbs Berbere
- ½ Thyme
- 3 tbs Olive oil
- Garnish with parsley
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 450 F
- Cut baby potatoes in half. In a bowl drizzle olive oil and melted butter.
- Add the spices and mix well till all the potatoes are coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil, cover the potatoes with foil to keep the heat and moisture inside, which cooks the potatoes faster.
- Cook the potatoes for 15-30 minutes
