Oven Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbs butter, melted 
  • 1tsp Garlic powder 
  • 1 tbs Berbere 
  • ½ Thyme 
  • 3  tbs Olive oil 
  • Garnish with parsley

Instructions

  1. preheat the oven to 450 F
  2. Cut baby potatoes in half. In a bowl drizzle olive oil and melted butter.
  3. Add the spices and mix well till all the potatoes are coated. 
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil, cover the potatoes with foil to keep the heat and moisture inside, which cooks the potatoes faster. 
  5. Cook the potatoes for 15-30 minutes 

Yield - 2 to 4
