Healthy chicken fried rice

Hi my name is Deco Fidele Havyarimana,im a 16 year old finishing the 11 th grade at Franco Cite  and youth at thirteen.I grew up in Burundi for the past 11 years of my life.I like to help out my mom to cook some dish for the family during and enjoy the recipe while watching Netflix,I like to also play some sport while i can.I joined thirteen to gain my experience and my skills in business and especially cooking in the future,More importantly  to help others  the same way they helped me when i was lost.


Inspiration/Story

This recipe shows that I've gained experience in cooking at thirteen. I want to take this moment and share this recipe because not only is it easy to make, it's healthy serve it with salad/fries on the side. This is the first recipe i made, and i got what it takes. I love this recipe!

Prep time : 10 to 12 minutes 

Cook time: 25 to 35 minutes 

 


INGREDIENTS

Rice:

5 cup of rice 

6 and a half cup of water 

 Salt to taste

Chicken and onions :

2 slices chicken breast,cut into little pieces.

1 slice of onion,cut into little pieces.

1 pepper,cut into little pieces.

Instructions 

  1. Boil the rice with pilau masala

Bring the chicken out of the freezer.

Let it melt.

Cut it into little pieces  with the onions and some peppers on the side ready to roll.

Put it on the pan and wait 2 to 10 minutes.

Flip it and wait until the rice is ready 

When it is ready, mix the rice and the chicken and the onions and the peppers. Wait 1 to 5 minutes.

Cut the gas on the kitchen counter.

Add some salt to the fries.

Wait 2 minutes for the fries to boil and add the fries and rice mixed with the chicken on the plate.

Time to pray and eat.
